Micro Mini Golf EULA & Terms
License Grant: Project 84 grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Micro Mini Golf strictly in accordance with this agreement.
Conduct & Chat Rules: Micro Mini Golf enforces zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, cheating, or abusive behavior in multiplayer or chat. Accounts violating terms may be suspended or permanently banned.
In-App Purchases: All virtual items and currency purchases are processed through official app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable store policies.
P84 Secure Messaging / Smart Calculator EULA & Terms
Same app family: P84 Secure Messaging and Smart Calculator are the same product family (secure local messaging + calculator tooling) and share these terms.
License & Usage: You are granted a license to use Smart Calculator and Private / Secure Messaging on personal devices. The software is provided "as-is" without warranty of continuous network availability.
User Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing local encryption keys, passcodes, and local secret vault access. Project 84 cannot recover lost local passcodes or decrypt local data stored on your device.
What's for Dinner? EULA & Terms
Personal Use License: Granted strictly for personal, non-commercial meal planning and recipe organization.
Disclaimers: Recipe information, dietary tags, and ingredient calculations are for reference only. Users are responsible for verifying allergen information.
School Assistant EULA & Terms
License Grant: Project 84 grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use School Assistant for educational, homework help, and learning assistance purposes.
Ad-Free Commitment for Minors: School Assistant is guaranteed to be completely free of advertisements for all users under 18 years of age.
Acceptable Academic Use: School Assistant is designed to aid learning and comprehension. Users are expected to follow their academic institution's policies and guidelines regarding learning tools.
Service Availability: AI assistance, problem scanning, and voice features require network access and are provided "as-is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Family Helper EULA & Terms
Usage Terms: Provided for household task organization and family communication. Unauthorized reverse-engineering or commercial redistribution is prohibited.
P84 IPTV EULA & Legal Disclaimer
Compliance & Copyright: Users are strictly prohibited from using P84 IPTV to access copyright-infringing content or unauthorized media streams. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content loaded into the player complies with copyright law.
Let's Go to Church EULA & Terms
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Project 84 governing your download, installation, and use of the Let’s Go to Church mobile application and related services at project84.net/cel. By installing, accessing, or creating an account in the App, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License grant
Project 84 grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Let’s Go to Church on devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement and applicable store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App; reverse engineer it except where prohibited by law; bypass security or access controls; bulk-scrape private APIs to operate a competing directory; or misrepresent affiliation with Project 84 or any place of worship.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You may delete your account in Settings (permanent). You agree not to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others; share illegal or exploitative content; impersonate others; spam invites/events; disrupt Live Study sessions; attempt unauthorized access; submit knowingly false place-of-worship or event information; or misuse help/crisis features. We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and objectionable content. Violations may result in content removal, session closure, suspension, or permanent ban.
Places of worship, events, and user content
Venue listings and event information are for general informational purposes and are not guaranteed complete or accurate. If you submit content, you retain ownership to the extent you own it and grant Project 84 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. Claiming leadership or team access requires authorization from that community; misuse is grounds for immediate removal of privileges and account action.
Live Study, help, and spiritual content
Live Study and similar video/audio features may use third-party meeting technology. Sessions may be discoverable when marked active. Hotlines and external resources are third-party services. Volunteer talk is a community feature and is not licensed counseling, therapy, medical care, or legal advice. Bible text and Reading of the Day content are for personal edification.
Notifications, third parties, and intellectual property
Optional notifications and location/camera/microphone permissions are used only for the features described in the Privacy Policy. The App relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, maps, video, scripture APIs, app stores). The App, branding, design, software, and Project 84 materials are owned by Project 84 or its licensors.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT 84 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROJECT 84 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ZERO DOLLARS IF THE APP WAS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
Indemnity, termination, changes & governing law
You agree to defend and indemnify Project 84 against claims arising from your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or if we discontinue the Service. We may update this Agreement from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Illinois, except where prohibited.

We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to harassment and objectionable content. Violations may result in content removal, session closure, suspension, or permanent ban.
Directory data and user content
VA facility, Vet Center, VSO, and related listings are for general informational purposes and are not guaranteed complete or accurate. Always verify hours, eligibility, and services directly with the provider or VA. If you submit content, you retain ownership to the extent you own it and grant Project 84 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. Claiming staff or leadership access requires authorization from that organization.
Peers, crisis resources, and disclaimers
Peer support and similar video or audio features may use third-party meeting technology. Sessions may be discoverable when marked active. Hotlines and external resources are third-party services. Peer support and volunteer talk are community features and are not licensed counseling, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or official VA services. Map data may include public VA facility information; the App is not operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Data, notifications, and third parties
Optional notifications and location, camera, and microphone permissions are used only as described in the Privacy Policy. The App relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, maps, video, app stores). We do not sell your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for retention, deletion (including your right to request permanent deletion within 45 days), breach notification, and third-party practices.
Intellectual property
The App, branding, design, software, and Project 84 materials are owned by Project 84 or its licensors. Public facility and organization names remain the property of their respective owners.
